Serving as Superintendent of Schools since 2012, Dr. Mann has 34 years’ experience designing, providing and evaluating against a professional standard of care in K-12 settings.
Dr. Mann has opined upon the underlying legal matters in civil litigation, consulting with counsel, crafting expert reports and providing testimony for litigation across the United States.
